WEEK 1 AND REMINDERS
Please can teams ensure all match sheets are sent to email@example.com or by message or what's app each week. It is advisable to send even if you lose the match as both teams are deducted points. If these could be sent with the result this would be appreciated. An email has been sent to all team contacts as per the registration sheets and details received. If you would like to be on the list please contact me via any of the methods with your email address. Once again we can't stress the importance of returning registration sheets SIGNED BY ALL PLAYERS. If not signed by the players they will be deemed ineligible.
The presentation night for the 2016-2017 season was another fun filled evening, we hope you all enjoyed yourself as much as we did. The photos are available in the Gallery section of the website.

The SECOND draft of the fixtures has now been done and is available here, (Old Oak in Division 4 have moved to Soothill WMC), these have not been emailed as yet as these are subject to change. Please ensure you have a representative attend the Handout meeting on 22 May 2017 to pick up the finalised fixtures.
There have been a few separate reports in recent times to the Committee about teams arriving at away venues and not respecting the rules of the venue/landlord. Can we please remind all teams that when you go to play away, the rules of the venue are there to be adhered to i.e. if there are signs re No Swearing, please try to calm your language and respect other customers, likewise if there are any signs regarding the use of illegal substances, please do not do it on their premises (ideally don't do it anywhere regardless of if there are signs or not!!).
All matches are to be played in a sporting manner in accordance with Rule 33 of the BDPL rules and this covers all aspects of the night from the way you treat your opposing players, other customers, the bar staff, landlord and venue as a whole.
Any incidents which are reported to the Committee will be investigated and any evidence of wrongdoing will result in action being taken by the Committee including expulsion from the league.

THE WINNING TEAM IS THE TEAM RESPONSIBLE FOR MAKING SURE THE RESULT IS RECEIVED.
ALL MATCH SHEETS NEED TO BE RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE FIXTURE WHETHER ELECTRONICALLY OR BY THE HARD COPY BEING DROPPED OFF AT THE CENTRAL CLUB FOR THE COMMITTEE TO COLLECT - ANY FIXTURE FOR WHICH A SHEET HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED WITHIN 7 DAYS WILL LEAD TO A 1 POINT DEDUCTION FOR THE TEAMS INVOLVED.
